Beer lovers are spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing where to mark the annual South African National Beer Day (#SANBeerDay) on February 1.
Celebrated annually on the first Saturday in February, SA National Beer Day sees big breweries, craft breweries, bars and liquor stores throughout the country hosting all manner of events to celebrate South Africa’s favourite tipple.
Founder and beer writer, Lucy Corne initiated the event in 2017 after realising that a cold pint goes down better in South Africa in February, rather than chilly August, when International Beer Day is celebrated.
TABLE58 BREWING is supporting #SANBeerDay with a special happy hour (or two) - it's buy one, get one free on all Table 58 beers from 12pm to 2pm.
* Event loaded on behalf of Lucy Corne, #SANBeerDay founder, and image supplied by sponsor, Beer Association of South Africa (BASA).
Remember to consume alcohol responsibly. Get a taxi or appoint a designated driver – do not drive home after drinking.
